  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–5 business days

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Failed Delivery Attempts

If our courier is unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to ZILRANG. Our support team will contact you to arrange a new delivery if applicable.
